I believe that anything a designer creates should be for institutions and individuals working towards improving the human condition. Whether that takes the form of an inclusive finance solution designed for empowering rural women in a small town in India, a climate weather prediction app for MSMEs and smallholder farmers to help mitigate the temperature variance and protect their crops, or an illustrated data visualisation showing a renowned film-makers stories capturing the essence of a certain time and space in human history.

These pieces of work leave a mark in our lives and elevate it either functionally or aesthetically. Which then drives me to keep working with new individuals from around the world and try to understand how best I can aid them in their mission.

As the famous 19th architect Louis Sullivan proclaimed — "Form follows function".

I would like to rephrase that statement to say —
"Form follows function. Function needs emotion. Emotion creates experience."
