What kinds of projects do you take on?
I enjoy working across three domains - digital design, graphic design and illustrations. This might include web-apps/mobile-app designs, editorial reports (print/web), culture/theme specific illustrations, infographics or data visualisations. I would be happy to have a conversation with you and your team to figure out how best I can support you on your needs.
Do you work independently or as part of a team?
I often embed with product, design and research teams, but also lead solo engagements end-to-end. From design brief to delivery. I've also been in positions where I was the only designer in the room and have a fair amount of comfort navigating the challenges that come in that position.
What does your process look like?
It usually starts with understanding the audience and the data (or content) first, before starting the sketching or wireframing. I move through research synthesis, concept exploration, and prototyping in cycles, involving clients early and often rather than presenting at the end.
Are you available for short and long-term engagements?
I prefer a shorter term engagement so that we can better understand how we work together to begin with. If that organically leads to a longer term collaboration, I would be delighted. Happy to discuss what suits your project needs.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes, absolutely! Most of my work has been international. I've collaborated with organisations in Africa, Latin America, Europe, and the US, primarily working async across time zones.
